Photographs produced by Matt Priestman photography are protected by federal copyright law (all rights reserved).  The limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the client under the following conditions

1. the images are the property of the client for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction and giving of photographs to friends and family

2. The client must obtain written permission from and compensate matt Priestman photography prior to the client or it's friends and family publishing or selling the photographs
